In a departure from set pieces Players will be coached be encouraged to showcase their flair and creativity through game play. By adapting to the opposition and applying simple principles they will develop the ability to think quickly, play confidently and find pleasure in movement. Using agility, speed and intelligence rather than brute force they will be able to create rugby that is a joy to watch and even better to play.
Coaches
Take the opportunity to immerse yourself in rugby with a coaching course designed to combine the theoretical and the practical. Learn a technique that improves player performance by replicating game scenarios through unprecedented access to some of France’s top practitioners. Reading the game
Taking the initiative, making decisions, becoming an intelligent player by playing and creating in scenarios designed to ensure every player is able to embrace the chaos of the game.
Technique
Always playing with opposition to maximise decision-making opportunities and emulate the match day environment. Adapting scenarios to allow players to identify how best to overcome what’s in front of them and how applying the fundamentals ensures the whole team can act as one.
Enjoyment
Playing rugby that excites the players as well as the spectators. Finding joy in acting as one and reading the game second by second rather than applying set moves. Reactionary creativity worthy of any highlight reel.
Physical
High energy, high pace training sessions that favour constant movement and learning through action rather than theory. Focused scenarios produce physical qualities that attune directly to the rigours of the game.
